Skills enhancement and training initiatives
Outcomes Plus assumed many of the roles of its
predecessor, Industry Training & Employment Services Pty Limited (“ITES”)
in 2003. The organisation has carried on many of the roles of ITES as they
relate to the sector.
Examples of our work include:
• Development of training plans.
• Training needs analysis and skills audits.
• Customisation
and brokerage of training.
• Integration and customisation of
competency standards into a range of work systems and structures.
