Outcomes Plus has enjoyed considerable success from its preparation of submissions in the Commonwealth ACAR. In the last two years, Outcomes Plus has successfully applied for almost 20% of the residential bed allocations in Victoria - some of these were the largest individual allocations in each round.
The achievement of this success relies on a number of factors including:
• The identification of suitable properties;
• Our understanding of under serviced areas;
• Our knowledge of the aged care industry and the requirements of special needs groups;
• Our ability to develop proposals by pulling together all the operational and financial elements that are needed to make a service viable; and
• Our considerable experience in preparing applications and our knowledge of Commonwealth requirements over the last 8 years.
