Marlene Pert
Marlene has extensive consulting experience in workplace organisation, industrial relations advocacy, dispute management and resolution, change management, staff rostering, staff skill profiling, budgeting and training in the aged and sub-acute sectors.
She has previously worked as a State Enrolled Nurse, Hostel Supervisor, was the Aged Care Organiser for the Health Services Union of Australia.
Kate Kennedy
Kate has over 25 years experience in the clothing and textile industries and is a qualified trainer and teacher. Kate is an experienced facilitator and has high level skills in graphic design and the preparation of tenders.
Kate has previously worked in the Vocational Education sector and broadly across a range of small to medium sized enterprises.
Consultant support
In additional to our permanent staff, Outcomes Plus has developed links with other experienced consultants in aged care with whom we have worked over a number of years and closely developed our methodology. These associations give us the capacity to take on larger projects as well as providing the diversity and experience our clients have come to expect from our practice.
