staff David Ettershank — Principal David has been involved in the health sector for 15 years and in the areas of change management, industrial relations and human resource management for almost 25 years. David has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and wide experience in change management roles, industrial relations and human resource management. David has also been heavily involved in the development of vocational education and training in the sector being a Director and Executive member of Community Service and Health Training Australia from 1992 to 2002. Skills • strategic and business planning, • work organisation and re-engineering, • program development and evaluation, • industrial advocacy and negotiation, • assessments, development, customisation and brokerage of vocational education and training. Qualifications • BA. (Modern Asian Studies), • Graduate Diploma Industrial Relations, • Masters Human Resources and Industrial Relations (IC), • Level 1 and level 11 Trainer Special Interests David is active in his local community and has been a member of the Kensington Association for many years. He is also frequently seen in his front garden successfully nurturing his tomatoes, much to the envy of his neighbours. ![]() |
